PACKUVA LLC ("PACKUVA", "we", "our", or "us") operates packuva.com to provide custom packaging manufacturing and brand labeling solutions. We do not monetize, rent, or sell your personal or company data to third parties. Every interaction on our platform is secured with modern 256-bit TLS encryption.
Core Data Guarantee
We only collect data strictly necessary to engineer your dielines, manufacture your physical packaging goods, and deliver them to your company destination.
What we collect to deliver your orders
Depending on how you use our web platform, we collect the following categories of information:
- Contact Details: Name, business email, telephone/WhatsApp number
- Shipping Destination: Company name, physical street address, postal code, country
- Artwork Files: Vector logos, artwork uploads (.AI, .PDF, .EPS, .PNG), and design specs
- Order Milestones: Item quantities, chosen dimensions, print colors, and proof feedback
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and language preferences
- Communications: Messages sent to our customer support desk or prepress department
PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted payments
All payment transactions on PACKUVA are handled directly by Stripe, the leading certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 gateway.
Zero Payment Credentials Stored
PACKUVA never sees, processes, or stores your full credit card number, debit card number, or CVV security code on our application servers. Payment tokens are exchanged securely via client-side Stripe Elements.
Encrypted Server Infrastructure
All customer databases and backend communication utilize strict HTTPS/TLS, automated perimeter authentication, and row-level encryption via Supabase.
Your brand intellectual property is 100% yours.
When you upload vector artwork, logos, or brand guidelines to our prepress system:
Exclusive Production License
You grant PACKUVA a limited license strictly to render prepress proofs, generate manufacturing printing plates, and fabricate your packaging products.
No Unauthorized Commercial Distribution
We never reuse, sell, or share your proprietary dielines, trademarks, or custom graphics with any unauthorized third parties or competing apparel brands.

You may request a copy of all personal data and order records associated with your account in a machine-readable format.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You may request the deletion of your account and uploaded artwork assets, subject only to mandatory corporate tax and invoicing retention laws.
