Custom packaging involves precision engineering. We divide our fulfillment cycle into two clear phases:
2 to 5 Business Days
Starts immediately upon your digital proof approval. Includes copper plate engraving, virgin film extrusion, Pantone ink mixing, high-speed rotary printing, heat sealing, and QA count verification.
4 to 6 Business Days
Dispatched via tier-1 global air couriers (FedEx, DHL Express, UPS). Includes dedicated airport customs clearance and direct delivery with signature confirmation.
Total Turnaround Window
Most apparel brands receive their finished custom packaging at their door in 7 to 11 business days total from initial order submission.

Heavy-duty corrugated master cartons
Your packaging protects your brand apparel; our export boxing protects your packaging. All consignments are packed according to rigorous international air freight specifications:
- Double-Wall Corrugated Cartons: 5-ply kraft board engineered to resist 200+ lbs crush pressure
- Moisture & Waterproof Inner Liners: Sealed polyethylene wrap protects against rain and humidity
- Reinforced Edge Guards: Heavy corner tape prevents box punctures during sorting center conveyor belt transit
- Box Quantity Sub-Bundling: Poly mailers and zip bags bundled in neat packs of 50 or 100 for easy inventory counts
Commercial import documentation
Shipments are exported with complete commercial invoices, HS commodity codes, and packing declarations to expedite customs clearance.
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). For United States orders, packaging supplies valued under the Section 321 de minimis threshold ($800 USD) typically clear customs duty-free. For destinations subject to local VAT, GST, or import duties, these fees are administered directly by the courier according to local national revenue statutes.

48-Hour Reporting Window
If your outer cartons arrive visibly crushed, torn, or damaged by courier handling, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@packuva.com with photos or an unboxing video.
Priority Remake or Refund
Once verified, we will expedite an immediate replacement run at our factory with priority air dispatch, or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
