Binding B2B manufacturing agreement
By accessing packuva.com or placing an order through our configurator, you enter into a binding commercial contract with PACKUVA LLC ("PACKUVA"). These terms govern all orders for custom packaging, poly mailers, zipper garment bags, woven tags, and hang tags.
If you are ordering on behalf of an enterprise, corporation, or clothing brand, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.

PACKUVA specializes in ultra-low minimum order quantities starting at just 100 units across custom poly mailers, zipper bags, and woven tags. No printing plate or setup cylinder surcharges are ever charged.

Unit pricing, volume tier discounts, and shipping estimates generated on our configurator reflect current factory rates and are locked upon checkout completion.

You can cancel for a 100% full refund at any time before clicking "Approve Proof" on your digital 2D/3D dieline. No cancellation fees apply prior to proof confirmation.
Our engineering team generates an exact 2D dieline and 3D photorealistic render within 12 hours of order submission. You are entitled to unlimited revisions to ensure dimensions, logo placement, Pantone colors, and legal text are exact.
Approval Commitment: Once you click "Approve Proof", physical cylinder engraving and raw film extrusion commence immediately. Orders cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded post-approval due to the personalized nature of custom manufactured goods.
Standard industrial packaging specifications
Custom packaging is fabricated using high-speed flexographic printing, rotogravure, and ultrasonic weaving machines. Standard commercial tolerances apply:
- Dimension Tolerance: ±0.5 cm (±0.2 in) variance due to heat seal cutting
- Color Matching: Precision Pantone Solid Coated matching within Delta E < 2.0
- Screen vs Physical: RGB computer screens may display slight perceptual variance from physical ink on LDPE or woven yarn
- Quantity Variance: Standard factory count variance within ±3% to 5%
- Material Thickness: Poly mailers fabricated at 60–70µm heavy co-ex; zip bags at 70–80µm premium matte
Customer artwork warranty
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary trademark rights, copyrights, and commercial licenses for any artwork, brand logos, or typography submitted to PACKUVA.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PACKUVA LLC, its officers, directors, and manufacturing partners from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from alleged intellectual property infringement involving customer-supplied files.
Express air freight delivery
Shipments are dispatched via express global air couriers (FedEx, DHL Express, UPS). Detailed terms regarding tracking, carrier handoff, damaged delivery claims, and import duties are set forth in our comprehensive Shipping Policy.
Legal jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any associated manufacturing agreements shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any formal legal dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
