Choose the garment and how many go in each parcel, and the finder shows the smallest standard poly mailer they fit in when folded flat, with room to seal it. For example, one T-shirt fits a 25 × 35 cm (10" × 14") mailer and one hoodie a 30 × 40 cm (12" × 15.5") mailer. Every size is printed with your logo from 100 units, and you can also enter a custom size.

How does the size finder pick a size?
Each garment has a typical folded size and thickness. The finder adds up the thickness of every item in the parcel, leaves a little room around them, and picks the smallest mailer that is wide and long enough. The adhesive flap comes on top of the listed size, so the full length of the mailer holds your products.
What if my product is between two sizes?
Choose the larger size for thick or stiff items. Or measure your folded item and use the size guide on the poly mailer page: it takes your own width, length and thickness.
Can I order a custom size?
